The Challenge

The Approach
Built ML models to automate the fraud and completeness auditing process, enabling aggregation of micro-solar systems that were previously too small to participate in derivatives markets.

The Challenge

The Approach
Mapped all blockers, built a dependency tracking framework evolving from Excel to a database-driven tool to full GIS visualization. Rolled out to 50+ daily users across 7 contractors with training and adoption management.
